The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has sought sanction to prosecute former Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav in the land for job case. While the Ministry of Home Affairs has approved his prosecution, sanctions for over 30 other accused are still pending. The next court hearing is on October 15.
